Shipping

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery in most cases. Some urns are available for immediate delivery - please inquire if you need immediate delivery at no extra charge. Shipping and handling within the 48 states is by UPS or FedEx Ground and will cost $60. Other shipping requirements such as overnight or International will be quoted after you place your order request.

Return Information

All standard urns may be returned for any reason for a refund or exchange within the first 10 days. They must be in their original, new condition. In all cases, you are responsible to obtain return authorization by calling David Orth. Shipping & handling costs cannot be refunded. Custom urns (including urns with inscriptions, custom sizes, and custom finishes) are not returnable.

The satisfaction rate has been literally 100% - but I like to reassure folks.
